Are all Upmarket Pets and Aquarium products available online?
We carry a huge range of products in our stores, at times you may find a product in store which is not available online. We are continuously growing our online range to ensure customers can shop how, where and when they want.
I can see a slight difference between in store and online pricing.
We're always working hard to ensure our pricing is competitive, and at times our in store and online promotions may differ.
What payment types can I use online?
We make payment as easy as possible by accepting VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL as well as VISA and MASTERCARD debit cards and the convenience of ZipPay.
Can I buy now and pay later?
Yes! We offer ZipPay in-store and online. Simply select ZipPay as the payment method at checkout. Available to approved applicants only.
What locations do you ship to?
We ship to the whole of Australia. Due to delivery costs, we reserve the right to cancel orders in remote locations or areas of unreasonable shipping costs, however we will provide the opportunity for you to cover shipping costs with a quote prior to cancellation.
How long will delivery take?
If you are located in one of our Melbourne Metro suburbs, then your order will usually arrive in 1-2 days. If you are not located within any of the Melbourne Metro suburbs, then your order will usually arrive within 2-3 days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.
