We ship to every location in Australia.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for orders over $149.00. Shipping for orders under $149.00 is a flat rate of $12.95. This excludes pet food & bulky items.

All pet food, and bulky items are charged by weight and will vary depending on the weight of items. Charges are visible in your cart prior to check out.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in remote locations or areas of unreasonable shipping costs, however we will provide the opportunity for you to cover shipping costs with a quote prior to cancellation.

SHIPPING TIMES

Your order will usually arrive within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched every weekday. Your order must be placed before 2:00pm to be dispatched that same day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. We ask that you notify us by e-mail with details of your invoice number within 7 days of delivery. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and Upmarket Pets and Aquarium. In the case of faulty goods we will ask you to return the item and all parts in their original packaging for a replacement. In the case of an out of stock item, please allow up to five business days for the refund to be processed.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

An order may be cancelled if Upmarket Pets and Aquarium is notified at info@upmarketpets.com before the order has been packed. Any refunds will be credited to the account on which the order was purchased.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• At this time, Upmarket Pets and Aquarium does not accept international orders.
• Any orders placed outside the above terms are subject to the customers discretion.
