Melbourne Metro: Shipping is free for orders over $149.00. Shipping for orders under $149.00 is a flat rate of $11.95.
National: Shipping is free for orders over $149.00. Shipping for orders under $149.00 is a flat rate of $17.95.
SHIPPING TIMES
Melbourne: Most Melbourne suburbs are eligible for same day delivery. See the eligible suburbs below. You’ll receive an email notification when your order has been picked up from the store. Your order must be placed before 1:00pm on a weekday to be dispatched that same day.
National: If you are not located within any of the eligible Melbourne suburbs, then your order will usually arrive within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched every weekday. Your order must be placed before 2:00pm to be dispatched that same day.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. We ask that you notify us by e-mail with details of your invoice number within 7 days of delivery. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and Upmarket Pets and Aquarium. In the case of faulty goods we will ask you to return the item and all parts in their original packaging for a replacement. In the case of an out of stock item, please allow up to five business days for the refund to be processed.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
An order may be cancelled if Upmarket Pets and Aquarium is notified at info@upmarketpets.com before the order has been packed. Any refunds will be credited to the account on which the order was purchased.
