API Pond AlgaeFix is a fast-acting algae control for ponds, water gardens and ornamental fountains that contain live plants and fish. It helps control green water algae blooms, string or hair algae (Cladophora) and blanketweed (Oedogonium), so your pond looks clean and clear.

It works to control existing algae growth and help prevent new algae forming. Regular weekly doses help keep algae in check all season and reduce pond maintenance.

How to Use

1. Work out your pond’s volume before dosing to make sure the dose is accurate.
2. Add 5 ml per 200 L of pond or fountain water.
3. Mix it in thoroughly by adding near the pump outflow, waterfall or aeration device, or dilute it in a bucket of pond water and spread it evenly around the pond.
4. Repeat the dose every 3 days until algae is under control, then add one dose per week for maintenance.
5. Remove dead algae with a net or siphon as it breaks down.

Please note: Don’t use with freshwater crustaceans, including shrimp, crabs, yabbies and crayfish. Don’t overdose. Always follow the directions on the label. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
