Feeding Guide
Feed as the sole diet.

Birds raised exclusively on seed-based diets may take time to adjust to the different appearance and texture of pellets. To introduce Kirby Bird Seed Black Parrot Pellets, mix the pellets with the bird’s usual food and gradually increase the pellet portion while reducing the seed content.

The transition may take two to four weeks, or longer for older birds. As with all diets, ensure fresh, clean water is available at all times.

Ingredients:

Wheat, triticale, barley, oats, peas, lupins, beans, lentils, canola, soya, sunflower and products derived from these ingredients. Fish oil, vegetable oil, turmeric, limestone, di-calcium phosphate, bentonite, sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, salt, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, valine, antioxidant and digestive enzymes.
Vitamins: A, D3, E, K, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), B12 (cobalamin) and choline.
Minerals: Calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, chloride, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium and zinc.
